  Initially I was very pleased with the help I received, but my opinion has changed. After waiting over an hour for my appointment, I left the office feeling that both the Dr. and the staff couldn't care less about the service they provide. Even after contacting them the following day to perhaps hear an apology, one of the staff was indifferent and hung up on me. Why does Dr. Ham think his time is more valuable than mine? That attitude doesn't cut it with me, and I'll find someone else to provide the service.
